CreditWell is a credit repair organization based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, mailing address, credit-related goals, and details you share during consultation. If you become a paying client, we also collect payment information and authorization to access your credit reports. We automatically collect limited browsing data (IP, browser type, pages viewed) to operate and secure the site.
We use your information to schedule and conduct your consultation, provide credit repair services, communicate with you by phone, email, and SMS, connect you with lending partners when authorized, and comply with legal obligations under CROA and other applicable laws.
When you provide your mobile phone number through our consultation form or otherwise consent, CreditWell may send you text messages about your consultation request, scheduling, account updates, follow-ups, customer support, and occasional service announcements.

We share information only when you authorize us (such as when we introduce you to a lending partner), with service providers who help us run our business under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
